BSU, PAGE & CHED: Towards graduate education’s quality and excellence
THE Philippine Association for Graduate Education (PAGE) –CAR Chapter in cooperation with the College of Teacher Education (CTE), Benguet State University and Commission on Higher Education (CHED)-CAR will be realizing their Annual Conference and General Assembly on February 16-18, 2018 at the BSU-CTE Function Hall.
In the pursuit to continually seek for graduate education’s quality and excellence through encouragement and promotion of development programs, projects and activities in research, faculty and staff development, curricular relevance and refinement, and other activities conducive to the attainment of graduate education goals, the activity will be focusing on the theme “Harmonizing the Graduate Education Curriculum and Research Direction in CAR”. It is the activity’s aim to assess the harmonization of CHED Programs for future direction, strengthen the research capability of graduate educators and students and, capacitate students and educators work into journal publication. The Philippine Association for Graduate Education (PAGE)- Chapter is a nonstock, non-profit corporation for researchers, professional, administrators, policymakers, practitioners , students and institutions involved in graduate studies and related activities.
On the other hand, Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE)-CAR will be having their Student Congress for student practice teachers on March 23, 2018 at the King’s College of the Philippines at Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet. On April 18-20, 2018, the Benguet State University- College of Teacher Education will conversely hosting a Regional Convention for teachers. The activity is in collaboration with PAFTE-CAR.
