BES intramurals 2018

UNIT 3 brings home intramural championship. Exerting their outmost perseverance and power, unit 3 successfully ruled the battles between tactics over 3 other units garnering a total of 6 golds, 4 silvers and 2 bronze, thus enabling them to bring home this year’s Intramurals Champion 2018.

Strike up with prayers and inspiring message from the Guest speaker Mr. Board Member Jeston S. Balong-angey who quoted that "Sports can lead you to a healthy and meaningful life” as he tries to explain this year’s intramural team: Quitters never win, Winners never quit. “Young athletes of Balili Elementary School showcase their skills in sports that effectively lead their way to winning their games.

Amidst bad weather and other environmental factors, every athletes persevere to reach their goal-to enjoy and win. Actuality, sports coordinator Mrs. Agosia L. Gumpa-ic said that pupils today are more active and participative in sports than last year because the number of events being played are added as well as participants compared to last year wherein baseball and other throwing events are not included. Eventually, behind the perseverance and power, sportsmanship still dominate each athlete’s heart. They played fairly and honestly. Meanwhile, winners in different events will be qualified to compete and raise the said schools banner in the upcoming district meet.
