The ECC contains specific measures and

ECC document issued by the EMB certifying that based on the representations of the proponent, the proposed project will not cause significant negative environmental impact.

CDJ Group Construction and Development Corporation (CDJ Group) informed the municipality of La Trinidad they have taken over the operation, management and development of the project of the Cordillera Homes Saint Francis Community Association.

On November 9, CDJ reiterated its request to lift the cease and desist order issued by Mayor Romeo Salda for CDJ not to introduce further development prior to the resolution of issues of its development permit.

La Trinidad will be preparing their report following an ocular inspection made last month on the developing subdivision covering 91,101 square meters.
