The program is intended to give emphasis to the preventive approach which is more personal and intimate, one way of changing the attitudes, and building the spiritual and family values of every policeman. Moreover, this concept aims to prevent every police personnel from involvement in illegal activities, to maintain discipline in the ranks and to uplift the morality and spirituality of all PNP personnel.
This concept is effective to better supervise the increasing number of policemen who are found to be involved in illegal activities.
