JC Santos reacts on exclusion from Kim Chiu’s upcoming movie

-

JC SANTOS confirmed that he’s no longer part of Kim Chiu’s upcoming horror flick “Ghost Bride” under Star Cinema.

In a recent interview with the 28-year-old actor at the Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino (PPP) grand press launch, he disclosed that he attended the story conference of the movie last February 2, but was eventually axed from the project.

“Hindi na ako (kasali). Di ko alam, di ko alam anong nangyari dun. Hindi rin naman nasabi sa akin na hindi na ako kasali,” he said.

Santos clarified though that he’s not feeling bad on his exclusion from the movie as he knows that it’s only normal in the industry.

“Hindi naman masama yung loob ko kasi yun nga, sanay na ako na kung hindi ka talaga pwede sa role, hindi talaga.”

“Ghost Bride” is Chiu’s upcoming flick opposite Enzo Pineda with Christian Bables.

The team, under the helm of seasoned director Chito Roño, has already shot scenes for the movie in Nepal.

Meanwhile, Santos is thankful for the continuous projects he’s getting since appearing in defunct ABS-CBN series “Till I Met You.”

He’s part of PPP’s official entry “100 Tula Para Kay Stella” with Bela Padilla, which opens August 16.

Santos will also star opposite Ryza Cenon in upcoming flick “Mr. and Mrs. Cruz” and will also join the cast of Vic Sotto and Dawn Zulueta’s 2017 Metro Manila Film Festival entry. (SunStar Philippines)
