“And I think, perhaps, given the fact that this is like a university area, I think its easy for them to find food or transport. We kinda like the fact that just a few steps away, there’s access to public transportation but the moment you come inside, it’s almost like a compound of its own. That, actually for us, is part of the appeal,” she added.

At present, the BPOI is starting to come up with products that can cater to the business network of the city.

“We’re beginning to build products that are more bite-size, that are smaller in chunks to be able to cater to the ecosystem that we have here,” Concepcion said.
