3 Caraga cops re­ceive ‘Medalya ng Pa­puri’

The Po­lice Re­gional Of­fice (PRO) 13 has rec­og­nized three po­lice per­son­nel who per­formed “good deeds” while de­ployed as se­cu­rity per­son­nel for the Un­das 2018.

The awardees were Se­nior Po­lice Of­fi­cer 4 Pa­tri­cio B. Su­bibi, Jr who as­sisted a para­plegic woman at Mai­tum Pub­lic Ceme­tery, San Fer­nando, Bis­lig City, Suri­gao del Sur; Po­lice Of­fi­cer 3 Gi­na­lyn T. Susi who car­ried in her arms a per­son with dis­abil­ity from the park­ing area to the Po­lice As­sis­tance Desk at Pros­peri­dad, Pub­lic Ceme­tery, Pros­peri­dad, Agu­san del Sur; and SPO3 Jose B. Conales, Jr who served as the as­sis­tant over­all su­per­vi­sor of Suri­gao del Norte Pro­vin­cial Mo­bile Force dur­ing the ob­ser­vance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.

They re­ceived “Medalya ng Pa­puri” or the Philip­pine Na­tional Po­lice Com­men­da­tion Medal for do­ing the ex­tra mile in the per­for­mance of du­ties.

of shares and likes. “Their sim­ple acts of kind­ness are be­yond or­di­nary polic­ing works that de­serve recog­ni­tion and ap­pre­ci­a­tion,” PRO-13 Di­rec­tor Chief Su­per­in­ten­dent Gil­berto DC Cruz said.

“We give awards not only to those who be­come part of suc­cess­ful po­lice op­er­a­tions but also to those whose good deeds bring pride to the Philip­pine Na­tional Po­lice,” he added.
