GARLIC PEELING IN BASECO.

Tears and sweat mix painfully while peeling garlic but it's one of the liveliest livelihood in BASECO, particularly in Brgy. Gasangan, Tondo, as shown in this photo taken on February 18, 2019. Garlic peeling has no other rival but fishing. Most housewives grin and bear the daily grind of garlic peeling to supplement the meager income of their fisherman-husbands.
