You may just miss it. the moment. *Do not ignore the power of building relationsh­ips. One of the dumbest thing to do is to constantly fight people who may turn out to be your boss in the future. You need to cultivate a respectful, trusting and profession­al relationsh­ip both with your managers and your peers You never know as you may be working with them in the future on other projects. You cannot succeed alone. *Do not stop being creative and showing initiative. Do not fall prey to the pattern and habit of merely doing routine work. Be curious. Ask questions. Continue to be creative in learning, discoverin­g new work methodolog­y and suggesting practical ways to be more productive. Do not just wait for things to happen; acquire the drive to make things happen. GLIMPSES *Do not quit. There will always be challenges and obstacles. Go through the process. When you go through the difficult situations, you may emerge tougher and wiser, thus, become more productive. T he really productive people also have a list of “not to do” things. All these trashy things reduce your brain’s performanc­e. *Do not be addicted to your phone. The non-stop news feed, notificati­ons, incessant vibration you hear always distract the focus needed in your job. No amount of productivi­ty tools can help us to be more productive unless we focus in what we are doing at *Do not create unnecessar­y stress for yourself. If possible, stay away from idle gossip. Perhaps many of the load and burdens you are carrying are not even yours in the first place, Why should you pick up negativity from others? *Do not refuse to attend relevant training programs. Refusing to participat­e in a relevant training program is a clear sign that you do not value your investment in your personal growth and developmen­t.
