Following the success of its flagship mixed-use project, a new and dynamic player in the real estate industry is set to venture into residential developments with a concept that’s the first of its kind in Cebu.

Local-based homegrown developer Apple One Properties, Inc.’s second project is the Apple One Banawa Heights, a 2.8-hectare residential development inspired by San Francisco Bay Area’s Pacific Heights.

Other amenities include multi-function gazebo for events, boutique establishments for the convenience of the residents. There are five swimming pools – one each for the residents of the Villas and the Mansionettes, and one on top of each Tower.

Each private cluster entrance is also equipped with a keyless access control to ensure security and exclusivity for homeowners.

Located along Good Shepherd Road in Banawa, Apple One Banawa Heights is close to schools, churches, hospitals, banks, supermarkets and public markets, and restaurants and fast food chains.
