Bamboo Bay Community breaks ground
Bamboo Bay Community broke ground for their first tower in Hernan Cortes Street, Subangdaku, Mandaue City last April 16, 2013. This ceremony marked as a start of their mission of providing quality and affordable homes to their buyers.
Tower One is already sold out and is considered to be a huge success for Bamboo Bay, which was launched only five months ago. The growth is really fast considering that they are just new player in the industry.
Construction of the first building started that same day and is expected to finish before the end of 2015 together with the turning over of the units.
Many of their buyers are yuppies, young couples, retirees, and overseas Filipino workers (OFW) from Cebu and other provinces.
“Our community is for family-building,” Beverly Dayanan, president and chief executive officer of Contempo Property Hold- ings, Inc. said.
She said that everything started as a dream and as a concept, and now they are beginning to make it to a reality.
“We are creating a sense of community,” Dayanan added.
Bamboo Bay Community is an Asian-Filipino resort community that incorporates the Filipino values, like the fiesta and religiosity. They have annual fiesta celebrations for the residents, weekly masses, and community store.
Jonah Lafuente, vice president for marketing, added that they want to promote community living to the residents so they won’t be constrained in their units.
They promise a community that promotes wellness and refreshing ambiance through their amenities, like their shared pool, gym, barbeque stations, and clubhouse.
“This shows what Filipino community is all about,” Dayanan said.
Bamboo Bay Community now has bigger expectations for their towers two and three. The community is expected to be complete and fully-operational in 2018.
