Binisaya Film Festival 2013: Call for entries!

Binisaya is calling all aspiring filmmakers and artists are invited to join this year’s festival. All filmmakers from Regions 7 and 8 are eligible to join, and may submit a maximum of two short films (running time of 5-15 minutes) each. Entries must be submitted or mailed to the University of San Carlos – College of Architectu­re and Fine Arts (Cinema Department) on or before September 1, 2013. Swan Lake: A ballet recital
