-

The Persimmon Plus, the commercial sector of Cebu’s first urban village, The Persimmon, along M. J. Cuenco Avenue in Mabolo, Cebu City, recently welcomed the popular 7/11 and Yone San Japanese Restaurant, offering twenty-four-hour convenience to metrophiles.

The quick-service 7/11 officially opens at The Persimmon Plus on Monday, September 23, 2013, serving its signature Slurpee, Hotta Rice, snack combos and other convenience items.

Yone San, created by Cebu-based businessman Shintaro Murakami, offers delectable cuisine made from all-authentic Japanese ingredients. The resto’s main attraction is its “All-You-Can Eat” Yakiniku offered at only P399. The Yone San experience is made even more enjoyable with the exciting addition of anime-dressed waitresses.

With the addition of 7/11 and Yone San, the Persimmon Plus effectively becomes the metro’s top dining and lifestyle destination. 7/11 and Yone San join an impressive line-up of dining and service establishments – Mr. Coffee, Pan de Manila, Dong Juan, Three Sixty Pharmacy, Cebu Trip Tours, BPI Automated Teller Machine, Aboitiz-Jebsen and Casaverde Dermspalon, among others.

The Persimmon is the flagship vertical project of trusted Cebu-based property development firm AboitizLand, Inc.

It hosts a growing number of vecinos (Spanish for neighbors; AboitizLand’s term for its homeowners, clients), continuously attracting upwardly mobile young professionals, the international Filipino market and suburban families wishing to establish homes in the city for its prime location, top-rate amenities, investorfriendly pricing and a flourishing commercial hub.

While primarily serving The Persimmon vecinos, The Persimmon Plus is a favorite convergence point of Cebu’s lifestyle set because of its central location, wellbalanced merchant mix and interesting events.

The Persimmon Plus’s 24/7 trend was started by Pan de Manila. Built around the principle of offering ease and convenience, The Persimmon Plus will soon welcome more merchants offering round-the-clock service, thus, living up to its brand promise of creating nurturing communities, not only for vecinos, but for everyone within our vicinity.
