Big Bites is a new hangout place for all the sweet-toothed Cebuanos.
April Miscala, pastry chef of Big Bites, has been baking for more than 12 years, but only operating at home. She specializes in whipping up intricate and customized wedding and birthday cakes.
After doing her business and hobby at home for more than a decade, her friends urged her to open a physical shop. This led to birth of Big Bites.
The café is being managed by a group of friends who saw how Cebuanos love pastries and realized this was a good business to venture into.
“This is a collaborative effort,” Nap Nepomuceno, operations manager of Big Bites, said.
Big Bites' monster cakes and chocolate cupcakes are definitely must-tries. Also, it's not just a place to satisfy your sweet cravings as the café also offers laptop for client's use for meetings or researches. The café can accommodate 50 people and has big parking space for customers.
Big Bites accepts customized cakes for different occasions. It is also open for reservations for meetings and events.
