Tambuli Seaside Living awards mid-year top producers; unveils Oceanus
Active real estate brokers and independent sellers came dressed to impress in their best impressions of the Greek gods and goddesses at the 2014 Tambuli Seaside Living Mid-Year Sales Rally last July 30, 2014 at the Oakridge Pavillion, A.S. Fortuna St., Banilad.
The venue came alive in white and gold and was alight with excitement as the Top Producers for the period of July to December 2013 and January to June 2014 were given due recognition for their tremendous effort and invaluable support. Tambuli also unveiled the latest addition to the premium beach side development—its third tower, Oceanus, aptly taking its name from the Titan god of the sea.
Tambuli Seaside Living is a premium residential resort development by Tytans Properties and Development Inc. headed by its chairman, Montano Ty and president, Gerard Tan.
The 11-hectare property comes with a 200-meter natural beachfront blessed with fine, white sand.
Within the development, four hectares will be allocated solely for a world-class resort amenity area which will include a Modern Asian Clubhouse, lagoon-type swimming pools, four restaurants, a fitness center, and several water sports facilities, among others.
Aptly themed to the decadence of ancient Greece, guests were treated to an exciting spread of activities and a hearty Greek-inspired dinner buffet. Prizes were given to the Best Dressed Male and Female.
Also among the evening's highlights was the raffle of a brand-new 2014 Toyota Vios. For every P1 million in sales made from July 1, 2013 to May 31, 2014, brokers and sellers are entitled to a raffle coupon.
After the 11-month selling period, and countless raffle coupons in the official sealed “tambiolo,” independent broker Janette Noguit drove away in a brand new car! And making sure to keep the momentum going, Tambuli made the evening more exciting by rolling out more attractive incentives in cash and gadgets for the remainder of the year.
