Brussels Café offers Flanders BBQ buffet
Robust and succulent flavors, spices to stir up the palate and organic ingredients that make even vegetables appealing to anyone—there's nothing you can't like about the only Belgian café bistro in town.
With only less than a year since its inception Brussels Café presents its own take on grilled meat on a stick that's a staple to Filipino cuisine.
Known for their quick, fresh, organic meals and pastries low in calories and low in sugar, Brussels Café now offers an eat-allyou-can barbecue buffet al fresco in their second branch at Green Home, Banilad, Cebu City.
The eat-all-you-can dinner buffet includes imported beef, fish, herb pork, exotic chicken, mix of curry chicken and pork, shrimps, sausages and pig pickin' roast pork cooked on a swinging grill, but there's more to the buffet than the classics. Flanders barbecue includes a cold buffet too, with an array of salads, different kinds of bread and fresh fruits. And there's an organic salad bar to boot.
Kris Vermeiren, master baker and head cook from Brussels, Belgium, em- phasizes the restaurant's authenticity from organic ingredients straight from their farm in Mantalungon to its aim of offering healthy food without compromising taste.
While you're at it, check out other items on their menu including their bestselling fresh breads and pastries made from scratch, and other goodies straight from Europe. Brussels Café also sells fresh herbs and vegetables.
Flanders Bbq dinner buffet is priced at P600 per head and is only available every first Saturdays of the month. With only limited seats, reservation is required.
