Complete list of accredited collecting agents may be viewed at www.philhealth.gov.ph
EMPLOYERS remitting the Philhealth contribution of its workers will be referred to accredited collecting agents starting next month.
According to Philhealth Circular 9-2015, the contribution of employees covering the month of June, which should be remitted in July, must now be paid through collecting agents like banks, CIS-Bayad Centers (including LBC branches), the SM Bills Payment Facility and others.
However, employers of kasambahays (housemaids), micro-firms and those with 10 employees or less may still pay at Philhealth offices.
For now, computation and payment of employers’ arrearages will be done at Philhealth. The contribution of informal economy members, such as voluntary, self-employed, overseas Filipinos and others, will also still be accepted at Philhealth offices.
A complete list of accredited collecting agents is available at the Philhealth website: www.philhealth.gov.ph.
The Philhealth employer engagement representative (PEER) of companies and other business are advised to coordinate with their assigned accounts information management specialist for assistance.
