Sanremo Oasis Tiki Party entices guests with amenities

Happy investors of Sanremo Oasis at City di Mare gathered recently for a poolside Tiki Party to see for themselves that the amenities of the subdivision at South Road Properties are nearly finished.

Not only are they excited about the eventual turnover by the developer Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) of these facilities, but their friends and relatives who joined in the gathering have signified interest in becoming their neighbors.

As this developed, FLI project development officer Julie Castaños disclosed that 90 percent of the residential units in-Sanremo Oasis that are ready for occupancy in five medium-rise buildings (MRB) have seen sold out.

“The sixth MRB we are now constructing is also already half sold out, especially that homeowners can now visualize coming home to a refreshing haven,” she also said.

Castaños said the sale of Sanremo condominium units in the first seven months this year increased by 15 percent compared to the same period last year.

Launch

Castaños hinted that FLI management was encouraged to launch the last of the two MRBs in the Sanremo cluster later this year.

This was t he result of demand drummed up by the near completion of the amenities in Sanremo.

Named after a picturesque Italian resort-town, Sanremo Oasis is a mid-rise residential community set amid verdant greens and spacious environs with 60 percent of the land kept as open spaces.

Its amenities include kiddie, pre-teens and lap pools, a play area, basketball court, lawn with jogging trail and clubhouse.
