On the last day of April, Ayala Center Cebu gave its guests a bohemian-like fashion show and celebrated the height of the season with its annual #SartorialSummer.

The night was a mix of crafts, clothes and calligraphy all displayed at The Gallery. Guests, who rocked bohemian chic-inspired ensembles, gathered and lounged at the party which was inspired by the renowned Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

Some of the participating brands for the fashion show included Elated Industries, Felici, New Balance, Mango, Mango Man, as well as Primer Group of Companies’ Flight 001, General, Grind, Herschel, Res Toe Run and R.O.X. Wearing most of what these brands have to offer, models gave the audience a runway presentation of the latest style trends for the season of summer.

Presenting laid-back and fresh looks

for men and women, the show featured wearable summer-ready outfits in fresh and colorful hues as well as patterns like stripes and lace, among others. These were paired with must-have items helping one achieve that bohemian ensemble, like outfits with fringes as well as prints like paisley and geometric patterns.

Aside from the fashion show, two workshops were also in session. Charm Tan of Foreverafternoon Design Studio, shared her expertise to the aspirants, the delicate art of calligraphy. Carolyn Kaye Mante of Chingkaling Creatives, taught the process of creating dreamcatchers by treating guests with a demonstration.

The whole shindig brought out each guest’s inner creative and, at the same time, curious side. With The Gallery decorated with teepees, dreamcatchers, wooden fixtures, tables spruced up with floral arrangements and floor cushions for guests to sit on, #SartorialSummer gave its guests the complete bohemian experience.
