Lexmark Cebu named best shared services team in Asia

LEXMARK Cebu was named the 2016 Best Shared Services Team in Asia, marking the second time the company received the top award from the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON).

Among shared services companies in 10 Asian countries, SSON recognized Lexmark Cebu’s culture of continuous improvement that enables effective process alignment and people development.

Lexmark Cebu also received an honorable mention for Best in Culture Creation for the company’s efforts to change from a single-minded “me” culture to a world-class, inclusive and collaborative team culture.

SSON’s Shared Services & Outsourcing Excellence Awards is a globally recognized, annual industry awards ceremony, which honors and celebrates shared services centers and service delivery teams who have exceeded industry standards in their shared services and outsourcing initiatives.

The excellence awards were handed out in Singapore last Nov. 15 and 16 during the 19th Annual Asian Shared Services & Outsourcing Week presented by SSON, the largest and most established community of shared services and outsourcing professionals, with over 83,000 members globally.

Earlier this year, Lexmark Cebu was recognized as the best in the ICT industry, receiving 2016 Best Company of the Year Outside NCR and Most Innovative Company of the Year at the 10th International ICT Awards in Manila, Philippines.

Lexmark Cebu was also honored this year as one of the Top 10 Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) Companies of Cebu for 2015.

In addition, Lexmark was presented with a Plaque of Excellence as a special recognition for consistent outstanding performance in the International ICT Awards Philippines and for the numerous accolades given to the Cebu Shared Services Center.
