Davide says he will give his go-signal if CPDRC management can assure that no contraband will slip through during the activity, suggests limiting the number of guests

to discuss the matter, although it was learned that Davide is considering the proposal.

“After all, it’s Christmas. The inmates deserve to be with their family,” Davide said.

The governor wants assurance that no contraband can slip through.

He suggested limiting the number of relatives who can attend the activity to also avoid overcrowding inside.

Last year, the family day was an overnight affair, but Davide said the jail does not have enough space to accommodate all the visitors.
