Aside from the administrative complaint filed by Apas Barangay Captain Ramil Ayuman against the “former political has-been” and his wife before the Office of the President for the re-opening of the Inayawan Sanitary Landfill, he will also file a criminal complaint before the Office of the Ombudsman-Visayas. Sources said that “has-been” mayor Michael Rama will also revive the issue on the donation of two Dodge Charger cars by Bigfoot Corp. to the Cebu City Government. The cars are now with the relatives of the “former political has-been.”

Meanwhile, sources said “hasbeen” mayor Michael Rama will revive the issue on the donation of two Dodge Charger cars by Big Foot Corp. to the city government. The cars are now with relatives of the “former political has-been.”

Mike is reportedly planning to file administrative case with the Office of the President. This will not be double jeopardy because what was dismissed by the Ombudsman was the criminal complaint also filed by Rama.

A member Team Rama member will also be filing a case against the “former political has-been” and his cohorts for allegedly allowing a private group to operate a V-hire terminal and a gas station at the area of the former Citicenter in Barangay Kamagayan without authority from the city council. The terminal is reportedly operated by a known political supporter of the “former political has-been.”

Well, this is what we call “weder-weder lang.” When he was a civilian following his defeat to Rama in the 2013 elections, the “former political hasbeen” filed a barrage of cases against his political nemesis and many innocent people were caught in the political crossfire. He filed administrative cases against former city treasurer Diwa Cuevas. Luoy intawon si Cuevas gilamok og mga kaso. Ang iya lang sala kay gitudlo siya ni Rama sa maong posisyon.

Using a minion, he filed administrative charges with the Office of the President against Rama and members of the city council for granting calamity assistance to City Hall officials and employees. The case prospered because then president Noynoy Aquino was a political ally, which led to the six month suspension of the respondents. It was a double-whammy for Mike. Suspenso pa, pilde pa gyud.

He was also believed to be behind the filing of a case by Romulo Torres prohibiting the Rama administration from using the proceeds of the sale of South Road Properties (SRP) lot. However, the case is already moot because Rama is no longer in City Hall.

I was not spared. He filed two libel cases against me. One was dismissed while the other reached the court. I was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by a judge. I posted bail and raised the issue before the Department of Justice by way of a petition for review. Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre III granted my petition, reversed the prosecutor’s recommendation and ordered the withdrawal of the case from the court. But the court withheld the dismissal of the case as it still has to resolve a pending motion for reconsideration.

Maayo ning daghang kaso nga ipasaka batok niya. Siyaro kun dili madutlan bisan usa lang aning mga kasoha. Way sukod sa bawos.
