LAPU DRUG OPS YIELD P400T SHABU, 4 SUSPECTS

More than P400,000 worth of illegal drugs were confiscated by police in separate operations in Lapu-Lapu City last Sunday. In Barangay Bankal, Lapu-Lapu Police Station 5 personnel arrested Arnel Amigable, 30; John Romar Aying, 29; and Dranreb Mangubat, 30, at 11:30 p.m. Two big packs and 11 sachets of suspected shabu, weighing 35 grams, were seized from the suspects. The illegal drugs were worth P413,000. At 1:35 a.m. on the same day, Lapu-Lapu Police Station 3 led by Senior Insp. Felix Cleopas III caught Junasces Amoin, 32, in Purok Bombshell, Barangay Babag. A total of five sachets of shabu were confiscated from him.
