SOLID EARTH GEARS UP SAN FERNANDO FARMERS
Farmers in the hinterlands of San Fernando, Cebu acquired new farm implements they now use to increase their productivity. Solid Earth Development Corp. (SEDC) handed the equipment to members of Tabionan Farmers Association (TFA) led by Pedro Degumbis, also the barangay captain. These included some pieces of scythe, plow, pic, rake, bar, bolo, and sprayer, and some seeds and fertilizer, said SEDC community relations officer Gines T. Boltron. Boltron’s field team identified the implements based on a survey it conducted and consultations with TFA members.
