Speculations about the President’s health circulated after he skipped the 119th Philippine Independence Day rites at Rizal Park Monday. Duterte suffers from Barrett’s esophagus and Buerger’s disease. He uses an oxygen concentrator and has admitted using a Fentanyl patch, a narcotic for severe chronic pain. /
