Former Maguindanao governor Sajid Ampatuan pleaded “not guilty” to the 36 corruption cases filed against him during his arraignment before the Sandiganbayan Fifth Division on Tuesday. The former governor was charged for the alleged anomalous disbursement of P16.32 million to food supplier Henry Merchandising, which turned out to be “fictitious and/or non-existent,” according to the Office of the Ombudsman. /
