Top executives of JEG Development Corp. and KMC Savills signed a landlord representation agreement on March 23, appointing KMC Savills to exclusively handle the leasing and marketing of the new JEG Tower @ One Acacia in Cebu.

“This is a historic deal for both KMC Savills and JEG Development Corp. as this significant project aims to change the office landscape of Cebu. We foresee that the partnership benefits both parties as we can share the knowledge, contacts and expertise of both teams,” said Marko Sarmiento, chief operating officer of JEG Development Corporation.

JEG Tower is a 22- storey Grade A development. The building has achieved LEED® for building design and construction: core and shell development pre-certification at the silver level containing a roof deck, 100 percent backup power, a VRF air conditioning system and 24/7 capability.

It is the first high-rise office building development of the JEG Development Corp. and will be completed by the third quarter of 2019.

“Our team is very excited to work with a young and dynamic group such as JEG Development Corp. on their newest project. We share the same values for commercial developments: sustainability and quality with a long-term horizon,” said Yves Luethi, KMC Savills executive director for landlord representation. /
