Francis Libiran Bridal: A step closer to forever
Francis Libiran will be in Cebu City this July 21-22 along with his Parisian-inspired bridal collection for a two-day trunk show called Affaire de coeur by Francis Libiran Bridal.
“A lot of brides end up getting their gowns from bridal fairs. But one of the things we noticed is that a lot of brides feel pressured to book on-the-spot so they can avail themselves of those promos. This trunk show is really a way wherein the bride can actually fit the gown,” said Christian Mark Jacobs, president and chief operating officer of Francis Libiran Bridal. “So we’re allowing brides to fit between three to five gowns. And rather than having to travel to Manila, we’re coming to the bride to make it much more convenient and also create a really special experience.”
The experience shall begin at the lobby with displays of bridal gowns all the way up to the Marco Polo suite, a relaxed setting where they will have a private conversation with Francis himself over high tea while trying out some dresses.
“We chose Marco Polo to do our trunk show so we have a suite here so brides can walk in, try on the gowns—we allot an hour for them—and just tell them what looks good on them. It’s not your typical bridal fair wherein it’s crowded. We want that experience for the brides,” said Francis.
The trunk show will also feature intimate wear for the brides, entourage gowns, Francis Libiran timepieces, Always Francis Libiran headpieces and Forever Francis Libiran rings.
