AFTER HIS ARREST, BARON SEEKS FOOTAGE, DENIES TROUBLE

Actor Baron Geisler was arrested Monday night for allegedly causing trouble in a restobar in Quezon City.

According to the Philippine Entertainment Portal, Geisler went to the TGIF restobar past 9 p.m. Apparently, the 35-year-old actor was already banned from the establishment because of a past incident.

Geisler was allowed in the bar that night because he seemed calm.

However, after a few drinks, the actor reportedly became “unruly.” He shouted at restaurant staff and other customers.

As a result, guards were called to surround Geisler. This only irked him and he allegedly started pushing at the guards.

The police were then called and Geisler was arrested.

The restaurant’s management plans to file cases of unjust vexation and alarm and scandal against Geisler.

Geisler admitted he was drunk but denied he was being unruly.

“You know, it doesn’t really matter. Just get a copy of what I did,” Geisler told ABS-CBN News Online. He wanted the news team to get a copy of the video of the closed circuit television inside the establishment between 9 p.m. and midnight.

“They arrested me for no apparent reason,” Geisler said in Tagalog.

“I was just sitting down quietly, just enjoying my drink... Yes, I had a few drinks. I was very, very, very quiet. So please do not speculate. Just get the right evidence,” he added.
