First development of its kind is in Minglanilla, Cebu
The Crescent Ville North will rise in Barangay Casuntingan, Mandaue City. It is the latest project of Universal AssetLand Realty Inc. Its first development was in the southern town of Minglanilla. “The Crescent Ville Minglanilla caters to a more laid-back lifestyle because of its distance from the city. The North–Casuntingan project banks on its location, which we consid- er is its biggest edge,” said sales and marketing manager Yen Catacutan. The 3.2-hectare Crescent Ville North will house 168 single-detached, duplex and townhouse units. Amenities will include a swimming pool, clubhouse and playground. Land development is set to be finished next year.

North–Casuntingan in Mandaue is the second development under The Crescent Ville brand, following the first in Minglanilla.

Featuring a modern zen design concept, 169 houses—avail- able in single-detached, duplex and townhouse units—are set to rise in the 3.2-hectare development. Amenities will include a swimming pool, clubhouse and playground. Land development is set to be finished in 2018.
