PA-DAUGHTER SQUABBLE. Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte resigned from his City Hall elective post, days after an emotionally bruising exchange of Facebook posts with his about-to-debut daughter Isabelle.

Isabelle virtually accused her dad of beating up “a human being, a child.” She didn’t name him but the accusation was clear enough. Her dad talked of Isabelle having been “pimped twice” by “that person” whom he didn’t name. He said that her mother and stepfather “don’t care about you,” he, Paolo, is “not like them” because he is “a father.” He said she is a “disgrace” and can change her name “if you want.”

SANDRA CAM’S ‘SCAM.” That is, if you believe the PCSO General Manager Alexander Balutan who told the former whistle-blower and self-confessed jueteng bagwoman Sandra Cam was acting outside her bounds when she said she’d overhaul the sweepstakes office.
