FIRST SEAPLANE DOCK LAUNCHED IN SRP

Filinvest recently hosted the inauguration of the first seaplane dock in Cebu’s South Road Properties (SRP) at the coastal area of Il Corso in City di Mare, a Filinvest townscape within SRP. The floating dock will service Air Juan, which will provide short flights from the SRP to the popular islands of Malapascua Island in Daanbantayan, Camotes Island and Sumilon Island in Oslob, all in Cebu; Kalanggaman in Leyte; Gigantes in Iloilo; Lakawon in Negros Occidental, and Panglao and Anda in Bohol in the first quarter of the year. . It is expected to further boost the tourism and business sectors of the city.

The floating dock will service Air Juan, which launched its first seaplane services in Cebu City that would allow local and foreign tourists’ hassle-free inter-island trips for business or leisure.

The seaplane will provide short flights from the SRP to the popular islands of Malapascua, Camotes and Sumilon in Cebu, Kalanggaman in Leyte, Gigantes in Iloilo, Lakawon in Negros Occidental, and Panglao and Anda in Bohol in the first quarter of the year. It is expected to further boost the tourism and business sectors of the city.

Joy Polloso, senior vice president for Commercial Centers, Festival Supermall Inc., said that passengers of the seaplane will get a chance to see and explore City di Mare when they dock.

City Di Mare is deemed to be the lifestyle capital of Cebu. It is home to Filinvest’s premier residential development, Amalfi, a low density condominium project inspired by Italy’s scenic coastline.
