Garry Caneda of Yamaha MW-323 captured two titles in the third leg of the MotorAce Circuit Racing at the Kartzone Racetrack in Panagdait, Cebu City last Sunday.

Caneda lived up to his billing after winning the UB-130 Open and the Inter Expert Scooter to put himself in a good position for the overall ranking.

Caneda, who also won the same two titles in the second leg last January, beat both Simon Solon and Zack Lyndon Caneda of Team RPM for the UB-130 Open title.

Caneda topped the Inter Expert Scooter over Zack Lyndon and Jacob Cabahug of Team FYRT.

Solon, though, rebounded in the Pro Class RS150 Sniper category, winning the title over Cabahug and Roland Intas of FYRT.

Janesse Lucero of FRD Malari Racing Team also bagged two crowns—the All Ladies and the Beginner/Novice-Scooter 130 categories.

Lucero beat Jen Yosores of FYRT and teammate Chloe Mallari for the All Ladies title. She won the Beginner/Novice-Scooter 130 over Chloe and Justin Mallari.

Gboy Carlos of Quickfix Racing reigned in the Club Race, beating FDR’s Francis Castaneda and Rafael Aquino of RPM.

FDR’s John Paul Manatad won the Beginner/Novice UB-130 over teammate Van Ricablanca and Shu Ornales of SC Racing.

Meanwhile, Justin won the Beginner Novice Scooter-130, while Francis Castaneda placed second and Algybriel Caneda took third place.

The overall ranking will be determined after the fourth and final leg in March.
