Morning fire razed 2 houses in Quiot Two houses were razed by fire in Sitio Talavera, Barangay Quiot, Cebu City yesterday morning.

No one died or were injured during the incident, according to FO1 Grace Colina.

Colina, in a phone interview, said they received the fire alarm at 10:11 a.m.

Four fire trucks were dispatched, but only three reached the place. The firefighters received help from the barangay fire volunteers.

The quick response, Colina said, prevented the flames from destroying other houses in the neighborhood.

Firefighters controlled the fire at 10:24 a.m. and put it out at 11:37 a.m.

Investigators have yet to determine the cause of the blaze. /
