MYBUS STOPS AT SRP

Residents and patrons of City di Mare now have an additional transportation option

-

City di Mare recently launched a partnership that would allow premium point-to-point bus service in its property.

Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) and Metro Rapid Transit Service Inc. (MRTSI) agreed to connect City di Mare, Cebu’s lifestyle capital, to the rest of the city by having MyBus passing by five routes stopping at strategic access points within the 50-meter masterplanned development of Filinvest in the South Road Properties.

A trial run with City di Mare’s sales and marketing team and their partners was successfully launched this week, with regular operations slated to start on Saturday.

Initially scheduled to ply the routes at intervals of two hours, the airconditioned, PWD- (persons with disabilities) friendly and CCTV- (closed circuit television) enabled buses to connect the residential developments of Sanremo Oasis, Amalfi, the University of the Philippines Professional Schools, and the only al fresco waterfront mall in Cebu, Il Corso, to as far as the Mactan Cebu International Airport.

At the symbolic handshaking between FLI and MRTSI, the former was represented by area group head for sales Angelyn Racaza, project development head for the Visayas Julie Castanos and product head for Visayas Mindanao Clarissa Grindulo. MRTSI was represented by president Dennise Trajano, vice president for Operations Fernan Alejandrino and officer-in-charge for operations Arnold Famudulan.
