FARMERS’ TRAINING. SM Foundation Inc. and the Department of Agriculture recently inked a deal to continue its farmers’ training program, the Kabalikat sa Kabuhayan. SM Foundation, the Department of Agriculture, together with partner Harbest Agribusiness, are now on its 12th year in training farmers from different areas around the country. Recently, the foundation launched the farmers’ training program in Consolacion, Cebu. Over 100 farmer beneficiaries are currently undergoing a three-month training under the supervision of Harbest Agribusiness.
