MANDANI BAY HONORS WORKFORCE

HTLand Inc., the joint venture of Cebu-based Taft Properties and Hongkong Land LLC, together with its contractor-partner Monocrete Construction Philippines Inc., set out a generous luncheon event recently for 1,500 construction workers to thank them for excellent work done on Mandani Bay Suites.

The luncheon party was also held to mark an important construction milestone – five million safe man-hours without lost time accident, translating to over a year of building activity.

The Mandani Bay team set up a boodle table at the Toolbox Area of Mandani Bay Suites where everyone got to feast on Pinoy specialties including the party staple lechon. They were serenaded by an acoustic duo during lunch and participated in the community singing afterwards.

HTLand and Monocrete officials lauded the workers for their commitment to workplace safety and their faithfulness to the quality and safety standards that have been given to them.

Mandani Bay Suites, a dual-tower enclave, is the first phase of the Mandani Bay community due for delivery in 2020. Towers 1 and 2 of Mandani Bay Suites were topped off on Nov. 28.

Mandani Bay Suites has over 1,200 condominium units ranging from studio to three-bedroom residences, loft and garden units and townhouses. The towers are positioned on a large podium which also includes recreational amenities, community support facilities and car parks.
