Let’s just get this one out of the way, again. All across our multimedia platforms from print to digital, you will come across the #SunStarLIVE brand. And we totally don’t blame you if you read it the wrong way. Heck, I didn’t even get it the first time. Nine out of 10 people read it as SunStar Live!— the latter, pronounced, rhyming with the word “five.” But actually, and I learned this only a few months in back then when I started working for the company about a decade ago, that it’s apparently SunStar Live!—the latter, pronounced, rhyming with “olive.”
It’s a declaration, a call-to-action (marketing gurus just love them some good “CTA,” don’t they?) for people to live the best life there is.
The definition of “lifestyle content” as to something so luxurious that its engagement feeds on people’s envy, leaves so much to be desired. I’ve always believed that the word “lifestyle” encompasses so much more, and everything useful and inspiring from notable flea market finds to fancy five-star dinners.
That said, you can expect SunStar Lifestyle to be committed in bringing you all the good that Cebu has to offer. In fact, SunStar Lifestyle is more than just a section in the paper. It’s a commitment in reporting and sharing content that will make your lives a lot easier.
Think best food finds, fresh gift ideas or bang-for-your-buck shopping deals etc.
Besides the hourly updates on our social media accounts, we also have daily columns worth looking forward to.
