Bantilan, Aguilar top Cetba Fridays

ROLAND Bantilan and senior bowler Inday Aguilar topped the Cebu Tenpin Bowling Association (Cetba) Friday Group Bowling Tournament at the SM City Bowling Center on Friday, March 15.

The 20-handicapper Bantilan finished the fourgame tournament with a total score of 870 points to win the men’s division, while Aguilar put up 798 points to rule the women’s side.

Bantilan tallied scores of 195, 194, 216 and 185 in four games to beat the 30-handicapper Bonnie Tanchuangko by 12 points. Frank Aninon settled for third place with 822.

Tanchuangko tallied scores of 161, 194, 190 and 193, while Aninon scored 185, 182, 203 and 152 in four games.

Lyn Oka, a 41-handicapper, snagged second place in the women’s division with a total score of 771 from games of 161, 135, 149 and 162.

Johna Calipay scored 749 for third place.
