The face of Cebu Landmasters

-

TO BOOST its presence in the property development sector, Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) saw the need to have a brand ambassador.

Jose Soberano III, president and chief executive officer of CLI, said that after 16 years, it was about time they chose a face to represent their company in the changing landscape of the industry.

“It is only appropriate to do that. It’s the right way to go because you know, you need to have the right kind of face that people will remember,” Soberano said.

With more than 50 developments in the Visayas and Mindanao, Soberano said a brand ambassador would help them connect to their different clients, which includes their families.

On Monday, CLI introduced actor Ian Veneracion as the face of their company.

“I think having a brand ambassador really epitomizes the character of the company, which is the right way and the right thing to do. And right now is that moment for people to connect us to someone who has proven himself,” he said.

Veneracion said he is grateful to have be chosen, and believes in the company’s vision of putting the family first.

“I believe in the corporation’s vision and in the project, especially in the hands-on approach when we did the ads. I met the whole family, and I admire how you run your business and how you are with each other. It’s a big deal for me because the family always comes first,” he said.

Soberano said Veneracion is a multi-faceted actor with a strong character, which is what the company is all about.

“The most important thing is being family-oriented. That, to us, means a lot. And who better to represent that kind of personality as our brand ambassador than Ian Veneracion?” he said. /
