Developer sets aside P2B for 3 projects in 2020

-

PROPERTY developer SterlingLand Residences and Development Inc. ( SterlingLand) has earmarked over P2 billion in investments for its three projects this year.

Following the groundbreaking of its first project for the year, The Skyline, located on St. Lawrence St., Barangay Apas in Cebu City, Sterlingland president and chief executive officer Marilou Padilla announced there will be two more projects that the company will develop this year.

The firm will launch the first phase of Guada Verde Courtyards in Barangay Guadalupe. The project will have clusters of low- rise condominium units. The over a hectare project will be masterplanned by the Palafox Group, led by Filipino urban planner Felino Palafox Jr., who is an architect.

“We hope to break ground by the middle of the year,” said Padilla.

By the fourth quarter of this year, SterlingLand will also commence the construction of its third project for the year named Midlands, a walk- up condominium project that is adjacent to Minglanilla Highlands, the firm’s flagship development in Cebu.

“We remain bullish on Cebu’s real estate industry and these three projects reflect our optimism,” said Padilla.

Earlier, the company introduced The Skyline, its first high- rise project in Cebu City. The condominium project has a total of 496 studio, one- bedroom and two- bedroom units.

SterlingLand hopes to get the License to Sell permit by the middle of this year so it could begin selling the project. It targets to finish the tower in 2024 or early 2025.

In 2018, the company launched Minglanilla Highlands Cebu an integrated township development perched on a 25- hectare property in Tubod, Minglanilla.

Its other projects include Sta. Isabel Estate in Carcar City and Sta. Monica Estate in Barangay Tisa in Cebu City.
