New York’s iconic Flatiron-inspired tower The Suites at Gorordo has finally topped off on Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021. This 29-story mixed-use skyscraper will have 198 residential suites offering one, two and three-bedroom multi-faceted units. The tower will also house the first Somerset serviced residence outside of Manila, Somerset Gorordo Cebu, to be managed by one of the leading international lodging owner-operators, The Ascott Limited, a Singapore-based hospitality brand loved by the business and expat community. Leading the topping off ceremony are executives of Worldwide Central Properties Inc. (WCPI), the developer of The Suites at Gorordo.
