Cafe Summit’s and Levi’s surprises

- CHINGGAY V. UTZURRUM r_utzurrum@yahoo.com

To savor and soak in the fantastic culinary flavors at the newly opened Cafe Summit at the Summit Galleria Cebu, Selrahco’s team members Charles Lim and Michelle So, planned a double occasion of sorts: To also celebrate March red-letter day guests: Lifestyle esteemed writers: SunStar’s Nelia G. Neri and The Freeman’s Marlinda Angbetic-Tan.

Joining the happy group were Summit’s general manager Arlene Tongco and fellow SunStar writer, Cookie Newman. Making a dramatic entrance was Cafe Chef Mau Dominguez, who’s at the helm of the kitchen.

Chef Mau introduced his signature entrees: a Malaysian must-try Laksa, a pure no-batter chicken and scallops duo, which the diners devoured with gusto! There’s more, guys!

Not to be missed was the candle-blowing by birthday gals Nelia and Mayen amid the birthday song.

When asked about Cafe Summit’s location, Charles, who’s founder and executive director of Selrahco, and public relations and marketing consultant of Robinson’s hotels and resorts, replied: “This can be accessed from the hotel as well as the Mall. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.”

Toasts to Chef Mau and more fruitful years, Nelia and Mayen!

Why, cats and chicks, you can be creative, original, one of-akind! Try one, try all!

A first in Cebu, the tailoring service and larger fitting rooms, allows you to experiment and inspire. As you shop for Levi’s latest premium products and originals for mixing and matching, the shop can further enhance your own style-taste and perfect fit.
