During a recent sales rally for their first condo project, Widia Properties chief executive officer, Dianne Daphne Tan, mentioned that the company chose Minglanilla for being a fast-growing municipality and soon-to-be-city with the Minglanilla Techno Business Park development looming in the horizon.
The project also has 100 residential studio units, four commercial spaces and 21 parking slots. Amenities include a pool, indoor gym, roofdeck, a basketball court, a mailroom, pet-friendly areas, solar panels to power the public spaces. And although the condo is four stories, it has an elevator.
“We have the convenience of a high-rise condo, but shared only by 100 residents,” said Dianne.
To ensure the safety and security of condo owners, they have included well-lighted parking spaces, 24/7 security, materials recovery facility, sewerage treatment plant, fire alarm system and sprinkler, elevator access, standby generator and uninterrupted water supply.
For their commercial units they plan to construct convenience stores, coffee shops and service providers like laundry facilities and a medical clinic.
“For the condo owners having necessities right below them,” said Dianne.
For their 30-year exposure in the real estate trade both in the cities of Cebu and Surigao, the Tan family of Widia Properties is confident that they made a right choice in Minglanilla. As of March 31, 2023, approximately 50 percent of the studio units have been sold.
The company sets June as completion of structure, and studio units will be ready for occupancy by December.
