Damosa Fairlane breaks ground for P10M clubhouse
DAMOSA Land Inc. (DLI) on Saturday held the groundbreaking for the development of Damosa Fairlane’s clubhouse, marking another milestone in the company’s thrust in real property development.
DLI is investing some P8 to P10 million for the clubhouse, whose features include a swimming pool and a playground for residents. The clubhouse is set to be completed in the summer of 2014.
Damosa Fairlane is a 7hectare urban community located in Barangay Angliongto in Lanang.
“It is exciting that this thoughtfully-planned residential community sited at the booming Damosa district is progressively taking shape in front of us from one new construction to the other,” Anflocor Group of Companies senior vice president Ricardo R. Floirendo said in a statement.
“A few more developments and this 7-hectare property will be completed as we fast-track to the 3rd quarter of 2013.
We are confident that this will be a community of proud homeowners who are Davao City’s fast-rising families,” Floirendo added.
Anflocor president Anthony Alexander N. Valoria said the groundbreaking for the Damosa Fairlane clubhouse “proves the skyward movement in our timeframe.”
With several projects in the pipeline, Damosa Land, Inc. is indeed rising,” he said.
DLI, Anflocor’s real property development arm, said the development of the clubhouse will boost the efforts of Damosa Fairlane to become the choice of Davao’s discerning market for residential homes.
With the groundbreaking, the Open House rolled along the line to offer guests with refreshments and soothing relaxation services.
The Open House, with its theme “Foundation of Relation,” is a tie-up event between Damosa Fairlane and BDO, one of the residential project’s accredited banks.
DLI project development head Alex G. Gocotano said BDO clients will be given special privileges of lower reservation fee starting from the groundbreaking day until June. They can avail of the promo to pay the down payment for 30 months with zero interest, according to Gocotano.
