Birmingham’s unit value up 54% since 2009: exec
WHEN unit owners of Birmingham in Camella Northpoint attend its formal blessing on Saturday, June 1, they can feel good about the significant increase in the property value of their condo home.
“Birmingham’s property value has appreciated 54% since it was first launched in 2009,” said Anna Mae dela Pena, marketing head of Camella Davao.
Birmingham is the second building at Northpoint, Camella’s British colonial themed condo development in Davao City. Occupancy of Birmingham units is now at 70 percent, while the first tower, Manchester, has a 90% occupancy.
Northpoint’s third tower, Nottingham, will soon see completion towards the end of the year, while it fourth tower, the 15-storey Liverpool, will also commence construction this year.
Birmingham’s blessing will be highlighted by a mass and will be dovetailed by the Buyers Day where promos will be given out to homebuyers who will be avail of the condo rush.
“To mark this significant event, we are giving away discounts as high as P250,000, including freebies like home appliances for those who will reserve their preferred units,” said dela Pena.
Ready-for-occupancy units are also available for buyers who want immediate move-in.
The Buyers Day will be made more exciting with Camella’s offer of low reservation fee of P10,000 and flexible financing terms that homebuyers will find irresistible. Dela Pena said their promo will allow homebuyers to beat the price increase as Northpoint further appreciates.
While unit owners now residing in Northpoint enjoy the strategic central location and the deluxe facilities and amenities of the condo community, those who opted to make their condo units an investment get to enjoy the high rental rates.
“Rental of a Northpoint condo unit can fetch as high as P50,000 a month, a figure some unit owners are now earning,” revealed dela Pena.
She added that Camella also offers value-added service to unit owners who want to rent out their condos, through their Asset Management group that can take charge of finding renters for them.
Birmingham’s blessing will be attended by Northpoint unit owners, Camella officers and staff, and brokes, all of whom will be feted with refreshments and entertainment.
