REAL estate firm, DMC Urban Property Developers Inc. (DMC-UPDI), moved to a newer and bigger office space to cater to the company’s ever-growing family comprised of clients and agents in Davao City.

Last February 18, DMC-UPDI transferred to its new home to 5-7 Quimpo Boulevard, Ecoland, Davao City (right beside Yellow Fin) from its old office at the second floor of Jones Bldg., Quimpo Boulevard, Ecoland.

It is only fitting for a company like DMCUPDI to move in to another office space, which sports a much modern interior design that will speak for itself the comfort of living that the company is offering to Dabawenyos for all its housing projects done in the past and will be developing in the future.

“The reason why we transferred office is that DMC-UPDI family is getting bigger. We have bigger projects to handle and we have bigger selling networks. We’re very busy working with our development projects,” said Architect Victoria Joy B. Adriano, DMC-UPDI general manager.

DMC-UPDI first tested the waters in the city’s condominium development back in 2006, with Ecoland 4000 Residences, being the first and the only condo project erected at that time in the city. The construction, which initially doubted by the company’s realtors, paved the way for more condo projects in the city, attracting both local and national players to come in and invest.

“The first condominium was just an experiment,” Engr. Leonora Gutierrez, director for sales, marketing and customer care for DMC UPDI, said.

It is also setting the bar higher with its latest and promising project Verdon Parc, a residential condominium complex comprised of four condominium buildings, namely: Martel, Belvedere, Trevans, and Maurin.

DMC UPDI is also the company behind Magallanes Residences and Palmetto Place.
