Katrina confirms Kris split with

SEXY actress Katrina Halili confirmed Saturday that she is no longer in a romantic relationship with R&B singer Kris Lawrence.

Interviewed by “StarTalk”, the GMA-7 talent said they need to fix themselves first before moving forward with the romance.

“Nag-decide lang ako na wait lang, may kailangan pa tayong gawin sa sarili natin. Siya meron, ako meron din. Hindi pa kami ready,” she said.

“Wala na siyang magagawa. Hindi na smooth yung relationship. Okay na ganito muna, friends, kasi wala namang masama doon,” she added.

She said Kris is still present in the life of their daughter, Katrence.

“Pumupunta siya araw araw sa bahay at nilalaro niya si Katie. Support? Naku issue na naman ito. Basta tumutulong naman siya kay KT. May support naman siya kay Katie,” she added.

The actress said she is not ready yet to fully commit to someone and prefers to allot her time and attention to her daughter.

But is there a chance for her and Kris to get back together?

“Hindi natin alam kung anong mangyayari sa susunod. Ayusin na lang muna namin ang sarili namin. Hindi natin alam. Hindi ako nag close ng door. Open (ako sa possibility na yan) pero sa ngayon close (ang doors). Kahit suitors ayaw ko. Kahit suitor bawal.”
