JULIA Barretto has apologized for snubbing her fans in london, where she recently performed for hit sunday variety program “ASAP 20.”

the young actress was the subject of some irate netizens when one of her supporters uploaded a video on instagram showing the 18-year-old ignoring her waiting fans while exiting a building.

Barretto took to image-sharing application instagram to air her side of the story.

the Kapamilya actress apologized for not taking the time to mingle with her supporters, adding her group was in a hurry to catch a flight bound for manila.

“A lot of you may be judging me, a lot of you maybe hating on me (sic) right now, and a lot of you may be disappointed with my past actions. You can tell me it’s easy to even glance, how fast it is to smile or wave back... Because yes it is and i apologize for not having done so,” she wrote.

Barretto added: “But none of you really know what happened. of course only that part of the video was uploaded, not even the part when i made an effort to say hi despite how much people were pushing away the fans to make way for us flying back to manila, because we were almost late for our flight.”

the young star said critics are free to say whatever they want but they could never question her love and appreciation for her supporters.
