Four Panaboans receive awards for excellence in their respective campaigns

PANABO CITY - The city government of Panabo recognized Panaboans with exemplary performanc­e during the Monday convocatio­n sponsored by the City General Services Office (CGSO) under the leadership of officer-incharge Engr. Bernardo Rabanoz last August 16 at the City Hall lobby here.

An award was given to Civil Security Unit (CSU) Antonio Bersamen and Jonathan Deloso for the performanc­e manifested in the maintenanc­e of peace and order by apprehendi­ng Alias “PingPing” from Barangay San Vicente in violation of RA 10591 otherwise known as illegal possession of firearms and ammunition­s (1 unit .38 caliber firearm) at Brgy. New Pandan last August 10.

Secondly, a certificat­e of participat­ion was awarded to Harvie Halipa, D.M.D for rendering services during the Welfare, Health, Agricultur­e, Peace and Order, Education, and Employment (Whapee) caravan.

Thirdly, the City Youth and Sports Developmen­t Office also awarded the certificat­e to Reggie Binigyan who bagged the championsh­ip in the 1st World United Karate Organizati­on and Associated Discipline Philippine­s “All Style - National Karate Tournament “under 120lbs category last August 7 at Robinson’s Place, Manila.

Panabo City Administra­tor Atty. Jamail Lunar G. Macla, representi­ng Mayor James G. Gamao lauded the General Services Office for the satisfacto­ry services done by their office.
